The definition of happy life can be diverse and individual. Also, the ways of pursuing a happy life should be meaningful for each person. Towards the process of obtaining the happiness, people may probably perceive fulfillment and it turns out one's self-satisfaction eventually. This essay will be achieved by focusing on the two ways of achieving a happy life which are physical and spiritual. 

First of all, the maintenance of good health can establish a sense of well being and happiness as it produces more possibility of fulfillment. Ill health resulting from poor nutrition and lack of exercise can create both, physical and psychological limitations. Research has shown that as good health tends to have a positive effect on mood it results in a more positive attitude which can supply the enthusiasm to achieve goals while ill health can restrict, sometimes severely, the possibility of achieving one's goals. As the attainment of goals may also contribute to a sense of fulfillment, any significant barriers will therefore probably obstruct the likelihood of happiness.
