Traffic accidents are a growing problem in Taiwan. No license and driving car after drinking are two reasons why traffic accidents are a growing problem in Taiwan.
Firstly, teenagers have the impulsive behaviour that makes them drive car in underage and without holding a license. The lack of knowledge and skills to be able to drive on the road safely leads to hazardous incidents to other people.
Secondly, drunk driving is another reason for traffic accidents. People who are drunk driving usually lack of attention and careless. As a result, there would be a serious consequence of drunk driving.
It would be a good suggestion if government charge fines on these people who broken the rules.
